It has been a wee while since I posted anything relating to my diet or being gluten free on the blog and there is a very good reason for that.
Things in the old bowel department have not been great. Infact they have been horrendous!

I have been trying to think up some new recipes to try in the kitchen for date night with my boyfriend as he is the worlds fussiest eater. If its not beige and deep fried then he aint eating it!!

When arriving home after a 12 hour shift you need a dinner that can be easily put in the oven and is convenient. I used to love sausage rolls prior to becoming gluten free and I am so pleased to see Schar UK have made their own gluten free version….
