I have been trying to think up some new recipes to try in the kitchen for date night with my boyfriend as he is the worlds fussiest eater. If its not beige and deep fried then he aint eating it!!

Most cafe’s these days seem to think that the only cakes that those of us who follow a gluten free diet seem to like is a chocolate brownie. Whilst some places get the brownie right the majority seem to bake it heavy and tasteless which often makes me hate the humble brownie….
When arriving home after a 12 hour shift you need a dinner that can be easily put in the oven and is convenient. I used to love sausage rolls prior to becoming gluten free and I am so pleased to see Schar UK have made their own gluten free version….

The Stage Door Bar in Ayr is part of the Gaiety Theatre and came highly recommended through one of the gluten free facebook groups I am in so yesterday I dragged Mr Sparkles down the M77 to try it out!
