Name a Star Review and Giveaway

For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to name a star. It is such a unique gift idea and something that you can truely treasure for the rest of your life.

When the lovely people over at Star Name Registry offered me the opportunity to have my very own Extra Bright Star I was so excited. It was so difficult to try and think what I would call it. I wanted to make it something special then suddenly it dawned on me. I wanted to name it after my little furbaby Benji.

Benji recently turned 18 back in January which is pretty special so I felt he deserved his own star. He is more commonly known as “Little Arf” in our house so that is what we went with. I chose to have it placed under the Virgo constellation as this is my star sign.

I was also able to add my own personalised message down in the bottom right hand corner which was a lovely touch.

There are various different packages available starting at Β£14.99 depending on your budget. I was very lucky to received an Extra Bright Star gift package which came beautifully presented in this lovely silver frame.

Along with my deed I also received a sky atlas and confirmation letter with details of how to find my star on Google Sky. I loved my 2 little blue wooden roses that came in the box. What a lovely touch!

All stars are unique so there is no chance that there be 2 stars with the same name and are visible to the naked eye. There is no expiry date to a star either which I loved.

My star deed has been hung in my dining area above my dining table for everyone to see!

The lovely people at Star Name Registry have offered the opportunity for one of my readers to WIN their very own star!

You will receive an Extra Bright Star Gift Set worth Β£34.98 and your star and constellation map will come packaged in an A4 envelope. There is no frame included in the giveaway.
